Tetra Tech is currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Specialist to work in our Pasadena, CA corporate office location.
The selected candidate will:
Learn and implement Tetra Tech specific HR processes including the activities and transactions associated with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, leaves of absence, benefit changes, and employee separations.
Provide direct support for HR Compliance Programs including jurisdiction specific regulations related to sick leave, paid family leave, commuter benefits, sexual harassment training, etc.
Provide support to Division HR Directors on special projects and programs, specifically in the area of advancing best practices
Provide direct support for the company-wide Leadership Development program.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to excel within a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential. High level or proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a proven aptitude for data analysis is also essential. Experience with Oracle ERP & Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred. Must demonstrate a customer service orientation.
Bachelor s degree required. 3-5 years experience in the field of Human Resources is desired.
