The Wound Care RN Coordinator is responsible for coordinating treatment to provide comprehensive wound care and plan of care, including goals, implementation of treatment, evaluation and outcomes for patients throughout the organization under the supervision of the Director of Wound Management.Job Responsibilities/Duties
Minimum Education:Graduate of an Accredited Professional School of Nursing. Bachelor of Science( BSN) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:One (2) years recent experience as a RN in a Wound Care setting. Three (3) years of experience preferred.
Req. Certification/Licensure: Current California RN license. Current American Heart Association ( BLS) required, (ACLS) preferred, Wound Care certification preferred.Employee Value Proposition
